Utility Bill Analysis

We audit the energy bills to ensure our clients are being billed the correct utility rate and, tax rate, and ensure that usage is within typical historical range for that particular property. The goal behind our model is to close the gap between the energy you paid for and the energy you actually used to ensure our clients match the market. If an error is found, we works with the utility and/or ESCO to obtain credits for the client.

Bill analysis requires some critical disciplines and a specific skill set. Our goal is to shape and strengthen energy programs, and to find hidden value.
