Results: Currently serving fifty locations. Procured 150,000 MWh of electric and 1.5 million therms YTD 2010.

Client: A College of New Jersey that operates two campuses on 30 acres. Annual energy consumption was $1,900,000
Results: Serving the whole facility. Savings realized for Y2009: $180,000 Electric purchasing of 100% green energy. Projected incentives from New Jersey P4P program of $1.1 million in Y2011 including a proposed solar and cogeneration installation.

Client: Leading elder care center in New York along the Hudson River located on 19 acres serving 3,000 people. Annual energy consumption was $3,100,000
Results: Serving the whole facility. Savings realized for Y2009: $300,000. Procured $60,000 in NYSERDA grants in Y2009

Client: A premier real estate company with both commercial and residential properties in Manhattan. Annual energy consumption was $12,000,000
Results: Currently serving 20 locations. Electricity cost savings realized in Y2009: $950,000. Procured over $400,000 in NYSERDA grants to date. Expected LEED for Existing Buildings certification in Y2011 for one of the commercial facilities.
