     find ways for clients to save or receive refunds of energy-related
     dollars, we receive nothing.  All fees paid to R3 Energy are derived from  
     the documented income that R3 Energy generates for its clients, 
     through rebates or refund savings on energy purchases, operational  
     savings or other fully  documented  cost-saving measures
