We research all utility, state, and federal grant and incentive programs that may be applicable to our client’s portfolios.

The following are examples of NYSERDA (New York State Energy Research and Development Authority) based programs:

Multifamily Performance Program (MPP)
A program for large multifamily buildings where owners receive incentives to perform building audits, identify energy deficiencies, and install energy reduction measures.
● We have obtained over $1,000,000 in grants for clients under the MPP Program.

Existing Facilities Program (EFP)
A program for commercial facilities that provide incentives for the actual installation of efficient lighting, HVAC, electrical, and cogeneration.
● We have obtained over $700,000 in grants for clients under the Existing Facilities Program.

We also help procure private investors for large scale projects that need direct investor financing through options such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
