REGULATORY AFFAIRS

Raymond Makul, BSEE, MBA, JD - Ray brings to R3 the unique blend of electrical engineering, the business acumen of an MBA, and the legislative expertise of an attorney. To this he adds spheres of influence he has developed as Director of the New Jersey Rate Council, serving on various Public Advocate offices, and as an independent consultant on regulatory affairs. This blend of education, professionalism and experience in context with the other abilities of R3 Energy, cannot be matched in the marketplace.

MARKETING AND SALES

Rudy W. Scholl, General Manager - Rudy's extensive knowledge of energy sales and marketing is built on thirty years of operations management. Following his education in chemical engineering and economics, he started his career in operations and engineering for Stauffer Chemicals in 1966. In 1983 he moved to Kramer Chemicals as Vice President of Operations. In 1992, his focus shifted from operations to energy cost management. Since then he has developed extensive contacts in energy marketing and a broad knowledge of energy saving approaches that have saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in utility costs.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND COMPUTER MODELING

Kalyana Vadala, MS, CEM, CSDP, Director of Energy Technologies - Kalyana's unique level of expertise is a blend of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science & Energy Management. Kalyana has more than six years experience in the field of Energy Management, Utilities Management, Energy Conservation and Database Administration. As Director of Energy Technologies, Kalyana has provided energy consumption and cost management and accounting services to owners and operators of Commercial, Industrial, Health Care, educational and multi-family residential buildings in the tri-state area. He has worked on over $15M of capital renovation and facility upgrade projects including natural gas engine cooling technology, Distributed Generation and CHP. He is also a Certified Energy Manager and Certified Sustainable Development Professional with the Association of Energy Engineers.
