Oversight of Energy Systems Operations

We evaluate the feasibility of capital upgrade projects that either originated from audit reports, or initiatives led by the client. We prepare detailed financial models to determine a realistic Return On Investment (ROI) based on contractor bids, estimated savings, and projected utility rates.

Capital Upgrade analysis include: HVAC systems (boilers/water heaters/chillers), windows, facades, Building Management Systems, distribution systems, and electrical upgrades. Analysis also includes projects that involve a facility wide fuel conversion, such as from fuel oil to natural gas, or from district steam to natural gas.

If the client moves forward with a project, we manage the project from the bid phase through the installation phase and the commissioning phase.
