How energy is purchased is a crucial component to a buildings energy savings. We actively track the electricity and natural gas markets within the client’s portfolio service area. When market conditions are deemed favorable, the clients electric and natural gas volumes are placed for bid.

Using an auction style bidding process, the volumes are presented to multiple ESCOs who compete for the electric and natural gas supply business, creating an optimal pricing environment for the client. We then present the bid results to the client with a recommendation for each contract type based on the usage profile of the portfolio.
