Solar Power Installation Process
Many facilities are considering solar initiatives. Our first step in the process is to conduct a thorough site survey to determine roof slope, orientation, shading, panel location, power distribution, and aesthetics.

The second step is to provide a calculation of current rebates and incentives in your local utility services area and shape a path that takes advantage of energy savings and environmental benefits over the life of the system. Professional CAD drawings illustrate panel and inverter selections along with system layouts. Electrical three-line diagrams provide string and wire sizing, and detailed specifications for the inverters and the interconnection. We address structural and wind analysis.

We submit and manage all paperwork for federal and state cash incentives, utility interconnection agreements, net-metering applications, and local building and electrical permits. System installation includes mounting systems and equipment, wiring electrical components, installing metering, and managing inspections with the local utility and building department. We are committed to service and ongoing support. We have developed a suite of tools to monitor electricity output and performance.

Already a challenge, financing remains difficult. We also help our clients arrange private financing and aid them in obtaining state, or utility incentives.
