Rudy W. Scholl – General Manager

As General Manager of R3 Energy, Rudy drives the company by offering customers new and compelling alternatives in energy cost management. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s sales organization. Rudy's extensive accomplishment and knowledge of energy sales is built on 30 years of operations management. Following his education in Chemical Engineering and Economics, he started his career in operations and engineering for Stauffer Chemicals in 1966. In 1983, he moved to Kramer Chemicals as Vice President of Operations and in 1992 his focus shifted from operations to energy cost management. Rudy’s clients benefit from his significant track record as well as his expertise in all areas of energy management services such as energy hedging, economic development incentives, energy bill review, contract development and negotiation, and alternative energy solutions. He has extensive contacts in energy marketing and a respected knowledge of energy saving approaches that have saved clients individually hundreds of thousands of dollars in utility costs.


Raymond Makul, BSEE, MBA, JD - Regulatory Affairs

Ray Makul is the R3 general counsel and leads the Department of Legal and Corporate Affairs. Ray brings to R3 Energy the unique blend of electrical engineering, the business acumen of an MBA, and the public policy expertise of an attorney with over 30 years experience in the public utility regulatory arena. Prior to joining the firm, Ray was Director of the New Jersey Division of Rate Counsel, directed utility operations in a large New Jersey oil refinery, and has served as an independent consultant, throughout the USA and overseas, on matters involving regulatory policy, utility rate setting, and negotiation of utility supply agreements on behalf of private clients. He has helped spearhead the firm’s growth and has done extensive work on all of R3 Energy’s contracts. His blend of education, professionalism, and practical experience, in combination with the other abilities of R3 Energy, is unmatched in the marketplace.

Jennifer Williams - Director of Marketing

Jen overseas the firm’s marketing program. Her focus is on branding, research, and internal communications. As R3 is entering its next wave of growth she is helping the firm become a stronger organization by building deeper connections and relationships with customers and creating measurements and analytics enabling marketing to become more effective and more accountable. Prior to joining the company, she was Director of Sales for HedgeSpeed Technology, LLC launching a proprietary software platform. She also has worked in the hedge fund sector for investment banks Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital as Vice President and has over 15 years experience selling equity financing related products. She received her B.A. from SUNY Binghamton and has completed continuing education classes at NYU, Columbia and Harvard.
