Jennifer Williams
Director of Marketing

Jen oversees the firm’s marketing program. Her focus is on branding, research, and internal communications. As R3 is entering its next wave of growth, she is helping the firm become a stronger organization by building deeper connections and relationships with customers and creating measurements and analytics enabling marketing to become more effective and more accountable. Prior to joining R3 Energy, she was Director of Sales for HedgeSpeed Technology, LLC launching a proprietary software platform. She also worked for investment banks Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital, and has over 12 years experience in equity finance. She received her B.A. from Binghamton University and has completed continuing education classes at NYU, Columbia, and Harvard. Most recently, she completed the Strategic Steps for Growth Certification Program at the NYU-Stern Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. She is currently completing her LEED Green Associate Accreditation.
