Project Operational Management Services


R3 Energy provides Operational Management consulting services to Energy Measures Projects. When an Energy Measures Project is at the stage to become implemented, we can assist you with:
  • Preparing RFPs for engineers and contractors for the project
  • Communication with utilities/state and federal entities to attain incentives: file incentive paperwork, other operational work, post-install inspections as needed
  • M&V of energy efficiency post-install of the Project for a determined set of time to measure the Project's energy efficiency success
